Cancellation Policy
1. Book an appointment by using fake email, Fake phone/mobile phone will be canceled without any notice. 2. Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, we prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You are responsible for appointments not cancelled within this period. 3. If you are running late ;A phone call/text is always appreciated We will reschedule your appointment if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment , which will end as originally scheduled. 4. For 15 minutes late guests automatic cancellation of booking will be made or treatments.
